The reservation is confirmed upon a prepayment of 30% of the booking price by the agreed deadline.
A deposit is refundable if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the reserved date.
If notified at least 10 days prior arrival, we offer a free date change (subject to availability).
Minimum stay: 2 nights. One night stay is possible by previous confirmation and with 20 % extra charge.

Check-out: 7:00-10:00
Early check-in / late check-out is possible by previous confirmation.
