The reservation is confirmed upon a prepayment of 30% of the booking price by the agreed deadline.
A deposit is refundable if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the reserved date.
If notified at least 10 days prior arrival, we offer a free date change (subject to availability).

There are 19 units: 11 bell tents for 2 adults and up to 4 children, 3 wooden huts for 2 adults and up to 2 children, and 5 safari lux tents for up to 5 people with their own kitchenette, dining area and terrace with two loungers. The season runs from May to October.
Bedding, towels and toiletries, use of the pool and parking. Activities are included too: beach volleyball, football on the grass, table football, table tennis, mini archery and corn hole, a fully equipped shared outdoor kitchen with fridges, grills and a dishwasher, a large covered common area, board games and a mini library.
Breakfast is available for a supplement: 14 EUR for adults and 7 EUR for children over 10.
Write to info@greenvalley.si with your dates and number of people. Once we confirm availability you receive an invoice for a 30 percent deposit. The booking is confirmed when the deposit is paid by the agreed date; the balance is paid on arrival.
If you cancel at least 30 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded. If you cancel at least 10 days before arrival, we move your booking to another date free of charge, including the next season.
Check-in is between 16:00 and 22:00, check-out between 7:00 and 10:00; earlier check-in or later check-out by prior arrangement. The minimum stay is two nights; a single night is possible by arrangement with a 20 percent supplement. Dogs are welcome.
Vouchers are ordered by email; after payment you receive a digital version to print and hand over, and on request we also post the original. The voucher is valid for one year from purchase, the minimum amount is 50 EUR.
