Green Valley Glamping (also known as Zupanc Plac) has been a unique sports and recreation center for parties, picnics, relaxed business lunches and teambuilding in the heart of the Savinja Valley since 1988, in unspoiled nature along the Savinja River.
In addition to the restaurant with sun terrace, we offer the use of 5 tennis courts, a beach volleyball court (on the latter you can organize football or handball on the sand) and endless surfaces of meadows suitable for playing football or other sports-animation games. We also provide personalized animation and decoration with our partners.
For feasting we offer a traditional barbecue menu: chicken stew or other dishes to begin with, continue with grilled mixed meat with side dishes and salads and finish with dessert. We can also take care of gourmet corners for a special experience.
In the event tent we install refrigerators with drinks and beer treatments, and by agreement we also arrange special drink corners.
There is also parking for more than 100 cars or more buses and the possibility of overnight stays for more than 50 people.
Green Valley Glamping, known locally as Zupanc Plac, has been a sports and recreation centre by the Savinja river since 1988. You rent the venue exclusively, with no other guests: five tennis courts, a beach volleyball court that also works for football or handball, wide meadows, the restaurant building with sun terrace, the pool, the event tent with drinks fridges and beer taps, and a large covered space with games for bad weather. Parking takes more than 100 cars or several coaches.
Besides tennis and beach volleyball there are badminton, archery, table tennis, table football, corn hole and football on the grass. In rain or in the evening the group moves into the covered space with board games. With our partners we prepare personalised entertainment and decoration, tailored to your company or occasion.
We cook ourselves: the base is a traditional barbecue menu, and for something special we set up gourmet corners. In the past we have worked with chefs Darko Klemen and Borut Jovan. Drinks fridges and beer taps go into the event tent, with dedicated drinks islands by arrangement. Our staff can serve, or guests help themselves. Outside catering is possible only exceptionally.
If the event runs late, nobody has to go anywhere. There are 11 bell tents, 3 wooden huts and 5 safari lux tents, and the morning continues by the pool and in the shared outdoor kitchen.
We take groups of every size, up to 1000 people at the largest events. The season runs from May to October.
Šešče pri Preboldu, three kilometres from the Žalec/Šempeter motorway exit, about 40 minutes from Ljubljana and Maribor. Coaches can drive right up to the entrance.
